BankFocus provides information on thousands of banks, public and private.

In addition to contact information, classification of the bank and its place in the rankings, the database contains, among others, financial statements, ratings and ownership structure of banks. Financial data are presented in an universal format to compare banks operating in different markets and in different time-scopes.

The database update is based on data submitted by banks at the end of reporting periods.

Please note:

For students, off-campus access does not require an additional account. An active library account is sufficient. After logging in (instruction), you can use the database, but without exporting data. To download the data, you need to go to the Main Reading Room (room 301) or the Information Services Department (room 310) and ask a librarian on duty for access.

KUE employees and PhD students can log into the database with an additional individual account and download data also from off-campus. In the upper right corner of the screen, you need to log out of the default student access and log back into your account. All accounts created so far remain valid. To create a new account or generate a new password, please submit a request to bazydanych@uek.krakow.pl.

Downloading data is exclusively reserved for members of the academic community of Krakow University of Economics, including employees, students, and PhD students.

At the same time, the database can be used by 5 users.
